Here's an application question: as an RP sample, is it okay if we link to a musebox or DR thread?

Also, what exactly is the layout? I know that the city above is the same layout as New York City, but what about the bridge and the place that people recuperate underground? Is it a bunker where there can be permanent residency, or are people expected to eventually go up and try to find shelter in the city?
