APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN

There are 2 applications for Striatum. One for original universe characters and one for alternate universe, original characters and characters imported from another game. Please fill out the appropriate application for your character and post it below. If it is longer than 3 comments long, we ask that you post your application into your character's journal and leave us a link to it instead.

ORIGINAL UNIVERSE APPLICATION
Fill this one out if your character is NOT an AU, an import from another game or an original character. If your character is coming into the game straight from canon, this is the application for you.

ORIGINAL UNIVERSE APPLICATION YOU NAME: Your name. AGE: Your age. JOURNAL: Your DW/LJ RESERVE: Did you reserve your character? YOUR CHARACTER NAME: Your character's full name JOURNAL: The journal you will be using in game for this character. FANDOM: Show/comic/cartoon/whatever your character is from. AGE: How old is your character? If it's never specified in canon, you may make a guestimate. APPEARANCE: Briefly describe what your character looks like or link a picture for us! CANON POINT: From what point will your character be entering the game? MEMORY LOSS:Will your character be losing their memories upon entering the game? WIKI/HISTORY:<a href="URL" _fcksavedurl="URL" _fcksavedurl="URL" _fcksavedurl="URL">Link!</a> (If your character does not have a wiki, please summarize their canon/history for us so we can get an idea of what it's like.) PERSONALITY: This is the most important section. Tell us who your character is and how their history has shaped them into the person they are now. How have they changed throughout their life? Who is the most important person in their life? Tell us all! Headcanon is accepted and encouraged! POWERS: What kind of powers does your character have? How will they be limited upon entering the game? RP SAMPLE: Please give us a third person example of you writing this character. This requirement can be fulfilled with a sample from another game if the thread is at least 10 comments long. ANYTHING ELSE?: Is there something else we should know about your character? If your character IS from an alternate version of their canon, an import from another game or your own original character, apply using this application.
